Medical content disclaimer

Last updated: 19 Aug 2026

For licensed clinicians only. Content on MedLearn is for continuing professional development. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, local protocols, peer review, or direct consultation with a qualified specialist.

Educational, not advisory

Every course on MedLearn is created and taught by a verified clinical professional. We verify each teacher's license and specialty at onboarding. We do not, however, audit the medical accuracy of every lesson.

Clinical practice evolves. Always cross-reference current guidelines (NICE, AHA, WHO, KIMS, etc.) before applying any technique, drug dose, or protocol in patient care.

No patient relationship

MedLearn does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI). Nothing on the Platform constitutes a doctor-patient relationship. Never enter identifiable patient data into Q&A, notes, or live chat.

CME/CPD hours

We display credit hours for accredited bodies (AMA PRA Category 1, ACPE, RCPSC, KIMS, EACCME, DHA, SCFHS). Acceptance of these hours is the responsibility of your local licensing body. MedLearn does not guarantee that any credit will be recognized by your employer, hospital, or licensing authority.

Liability

Teachers warrant that their content is accurate to the best of their knowledge. MedLearn is not liable for clinical decisions made based on Platform content.

Reporting a concern
