1. Acceptance

By using medlearnapp.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.

2. The Platform is educational, not medical advice

Content on the Platform is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, local protocols, or consultation with a qualified clinician. Do not use it to diagnose or treat patients.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at security@medlearnapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Teachers and content

Teachers are verified professionals who retain ownership of their course content. By publishing, teachers grant MedLearn a non-exclusive license to host, stream, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Teachers warrant that they have the right and authority to publish the content, that the content does not infringe any third-party rights, and that all clinical claims are evidence-based.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid courses: 14-day refund window for non-attended, 7 days post live, no refund on attended + recording consumed >30%. Subscriptions: cancel anytime, prorated refund if canceled within 7 days of first charge.

6. Teacher payouts

The Platform takes a 12% fee on each paid enrollment. The first $1,000 per teacher is fee-free. Payouts run weekly via Stripe Connect. The full ledger is visible in the studio.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Sharing account credentials.
  • Downloading, copying, or redistributing course content outside the Platform.
  • Posting clinical advice that is false, harmful, or not your own.
  • Circumventing the Platform's payment or access controls.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedLearn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Kuwait City.
